Exceptional private chef - the art of tailor-made gastronomy

Trained in Nice at the legendary Safari, the temple of Niçoise cuisine, I honed my expertise in high standards and authenticity. In 2001, my career path took me to Miami, where I joined Thierry's Catering, Florida's most prestigious caterer, before gaining my first experiences as a private chef in Miami, Palm Beach, and Aspen. My American adventure ended at the Ritz-Carlton in Miami Beach, alongside the great David Bouley, at the helm of La Rotonde. This formative experience refined my sense of luxury and excellence.

Upon my return to France, I joined the kitchens of Lenôtre, where I quickly progressed before deciding, in 2007, to devote myself entirely to my passion as a private chef.

For nearly 20 years, I have been putting my expertise at the service of an exceptional clientele on the French Riviera, between Saint-Tropez and Monaco in the summer, and the snow-capped peaks of Courchevel, Méribel, and Megève in the winter, but also abroad in Amalfi, Italy, and Ibiza.

Creating unique culinary experiences, where every detail counts. Whether for intimate dinners, grand receptions, or tailor-made events, I surround myself with the best talent. Chefs, butlers, to enhance every moment and delight the taste buds.

My concept?

A Michelin-starred restaurant, in your home, reflecting your personality.

Because for me, gastronomy is above all the art of giving pleasure. It is this passion, this desire to surpass myself, and this constant quest for excellence that I share with my clients, to awaken their senses, delight their taste buds, and leave a lasting impression.
